Our Client is a market leader within the Automotive Industry based in Birmingham and, due to growth they are looking to recruit a team of Sales Consultants.
The role will include:
Account managing all telephone and enquiries through to successful conclusion
Achieving individual and team sales / quality targets
Consistently delivering an excellent customer service
Effectively distributing sales opportunities across the network
Providing a “first point of call” resolution to all aspects of customer service management
Previous sales and customer service experience is essential - a retail background is not sufficient.
In addition to an attractive basic plus commission, benefits include Company Pension after 1 year, life assurance and discounts on motor services, MOT and new vehicle sales.
Hours are 40 per week, flexible between 9am and 8pm Mon to Sunday (Weekends will be included in the shift pattern)
