Employer Engagement Advisor
Hollyfield Personnel are currently acting as an employment agency in regards to the below position.
Due to team expansion, our well established client based in Manchester City Centre is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and professional employment engagement advisors.
Working in the training and employment sector, you will be expected to engage with many companies selling all aspects of the company’s services. The role involves being targeted on daily spec calls, company visits and conducting job interviews. You will be required to provide employer engagement support sessions to all sites throughout the North West. You will also be expected to identify training needs and tailor packages to suit individual employees and companies. You will gain vacancies and cross sell packages as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent networking skills and cold calling skills. You must have proven experience in delivering presentations and negotiating fees. You must have previous experience in working to targets and working in a similar sales environment. It is essential you own your own car as the role involves extensive travel throughout the North West.
Hours include Monday to Friday 9-5, with a salary ranging from £18k – £22k. Due to the high response for this vacancy, if you do not hear from Hollyfields in 5 working days, please assume you have been unsuccessful in your application.
